About Jill McCauley

Prior to joining the staff of the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky African American Chamber of Commerce, Jill McCauley served as chief operating officer of McCauley Communications, a strategic communications firm supporting diverse organizations.  Jill brings more than 15 years of leadership and professional experience working for some of America’s most respected companies, including Apple and the YWCA.  Locally, Jill has had management positions at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and ConnXus, Inc.   Jill combines a passion to support minority and small businesses with the discipline required to help reach goals and objectives.

Jill  holds a bachelor’s degree in health and society from Brown University, is a board officer of Jack and Jill of America – Cincinnati Chapter and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.   Jill lives in Cincinnati with her husband and three daughters.
